How do I Contact You?You can contact us from different ways. You can contact us via email and we will get back to you within 24 hours. You can also contact us via our telephone line during the open hours. You can also chat with us from chat corner which is displayed on our front page. We are also availble on Facebook and Instagram you can easily contact us there as well. We Want To Hear Your Thoughts.

What is the status of my order?To track your order online is simple, you can go to tinyfeet.com and enter your order number and email address to track your order* - Log in to our website and click on 'my account' at the top of the page. - Click on the link 'view recent orders'. This will show you your order history. - Select dates from the dropdown box to choose which orders you wish to view. - Click to 'view order' - Check the order states 'dispatched' - Click on the link to track your item. Please note if there are no tracking details then this is either a small item which may have been sent via royal mail, or it is an item which comes directly from our suppliers who use their own couriers. If product has not been delivered by the promised delivery lead time, then please contact us via the 'contact us' option at the bottom of the webpage.

How do I return an item?Hassle Free Returns Policy We are happy to refund or exchange any product* purchased via www.tinyfeet.com returned within 30 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges). Non-sale items purchased can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase and sale products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. In all cases a returned product must be its original state, unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required (for online orders you can use your order acknowledgement email or dispatch email). *This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed. All returned goods must be accompanied by a note of your details and order number. You can print a returns slip below. Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. If you need advice before you return an item please contact us

Can I cancel my order?If you are a registered customer with tinyfeet you may have the opportunity to cancel your order by visiting your account online - this is time dependent. Please follow the instructions below: Click on 'my account' at the top of page on our website. Select the order and click on the cancel option. If there is no option to cancel your order it means the order is being prepared to send to you and cannot be cancelled. Unfortunately, we are unable to add to or amend existing orders once they have been placed, but you can still refuse delivery or return your unwanted items if you have changed your mind.
